    "An Act relating to the selection by the Department of Health and                                                           
    Social Services of vendors under the federal Special Supplemental                                                           
    Food Program for Women, Infants, and Children."                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
HB 380 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                 
Finance Committee.
